Self-adhesive, semi-matt (satin) PVC plotter foil for wrapping in navy blue.
Self-adhesive films for cutting plotters are the most versatile and economical material for creating advertisements. Polymer advertising films for wrapping are suitable for large-format stickers and small labels also. Stickers made of polymer films for plotters decorate billboards, banners, advertising boards, windows, glass, tarpaulins, signs, fair and exhibition stands; you cam find tchem on a shop windows, car bodies of company cars, buses, trams, taxis. A wide range of saturated colors results in the use of plotter foils also in interior decoration (covering furniture, windows). Colored self-adhesive films for cutting on a plotter are especially recommended for application on flat surfaces for short and medium-term applications.
- Self-adhesive PVC plotter films with a matt-silky surface are available in various colors
- Check the available colors in the original color chart
- Dimensions: 1 x 1 m; thickness: 80 µm
- Adhesive: solvent polyacrylate, permanent
- One-sided adhesive polymer plotter film is soft and flexible, intended for short-term advertising on flexible substrates, i.e. banners, balloons, tarpaulins, awnings
- It is not recommended to place the foil on the rear parts of car tarpaulins that are subjected to high mechanical loads (e.g. bends, corners)
- The cover material is a one side silicone coated paper, 137 g / m2, which facilitates the transfer of the foil from the backing paper to the target substrate. (For contrast, the white foil has a light blue backing paper)
- The high-viscosity advertising film is suitable for use with all standard plotters; you can easily cut it with ordinary cutting accessories (scissors, knife)
- Shape stability (FINAT TM14): when glued to steel, shows no measurable shrinkage in the transverse direction; in the longitudinal direction <0.4mm
- Resistance to sea water (DIN 50021): glued to aluminum after 100 h / 23°C shows no change
- Temperature resistance: glued to aluminum -20ºC to + 65ºC shows no change
- Average adhesive strength (FINAT- test method I, after 24 hours, stainless steel): at least 14N / 25mm
- Tear resistance (DIN EN ISO 527):
- longitudinal: min. 15MPa
- transverse: min. 15MPa
- Tensile strength (DIN EN ISO 527)
- longitudinal: min. 120%
- transverse: min. 150%
- Recommended application temperature: above + 8ºC
- Shelf life (in original packaging, at 20°C and 50% relative humidity): 2 years
- FILM DURABILITY AFTER APPLICATION (in Central European climate conditions, with proper application by a specialist): 3 years
- Before applying a plotter foil with an adhesive layer, the substrate should be thoroughly cleaned of dirt, preferably using alcohol; freshly painted surfaces should dry at least for 3 weeks
Important:
Before using the film, you should make tests because it is a wide range of tarpaulins available on the market. In general, we recommend tarpaulins with a varnished finish to act as a barrier to the plasticizer.
