Hot peel DTF film in roll work with all DTF printers, DTF inks and DTF Powder. The process of heat transfer of textile ink to the film can be done on a variety of fabrics (Cotton, Polyester, Leather, Canvas, and more). Not suitable for impregnated and sublimation printed or dyed fabrics.

APPLICATIONS- Print the image onto the matte side of the DTF film in mirror mode. (CMYK+White Ink)
- Apply hot melt powder (DTF Powder) evenly and then remove the excess powder by shaking - manually or with automatic shaker.
- Bake the hot melt powder in DTF Oven (heating parameters vary depending on the type of oven): 120-140°C for 100-180 sec
- Transfer the image by heat press at 140°C for 8 sec with medium pressure
- Hot peel (remove the film gently)*
- Heat press again for curing 140°C for 5 sec with medium pressure
*The technical info depends on the DTF printer settings, the glue and inks used.
Attention!Do not store in damp conditions. We recommend storing the film in a tightly closed plastic bag with a moisture absorber inside.
