Heat Pressing Parameters:
- Cutting angle: 45°
- Pressing time: 8–12 seconds
- Pressing temperature: 140–150°C
- Press pressure: medium
- Carrier removal: hot peel
Application Instructions for Flex carbon with the use of an iron:
- Pre-iron the area where the design will be applied to remove any wrinkles or moisture.
- Place the cut-out design on the right (outer) side of the fabric.
- Make sure the iron is well-heated and the steam function is turned off.
- Press the iron onto the design for about 10 seconds without moving it horizontally to avoid distorting the pattern.
- Gently peel off the transfer film. Check if the design is properly adhered. If not, repeat the heat application process.
