Flex films are a very popular material used in thermal transfer. Flex heat-sealable foils are cut on a cutting plotter and then applied to the selected base using a heat transfer press. Depending on the properties of the film and the final effect, there are a lot of types heat transfer vinyls: from standard, metallic, glitter, lacquered, neon, reflective, structured and others. It is made of a high quality matt polyurethane flex with structure carbon (black), laminated with a thermally activated glue. For heat transfer on cotton, polyester and similar fibers, 150 microns. Advantages: very thin, stretchable, self-adhesive carrier. Certified Oeko-tex label Standard 100.
Instruction
- you need to print the image in reverse (i.e. mirrored image)
- cut the thermally activated foil on the plotter as far as the polyester interlayer
- after weeding off the excess apply the foil using heat transfer press
transfer time: 20 seconds, temperature: 160°C
- take off transport foil at cold
- washability 60°C
