FlexCut X - innovative flex film for prints in 4 seconds
Ultra-thin (only 60µ) and super-fast neon pink plotter film FlexCut X designed for heat transfer onto textiles. Now, creating a print takes just 4 seconds! A print made with HTV FlexCut X is soft to the touch with a satin finish.
- FlexCut X for thermal transfer is suitable for heat sealing on many types of substrates, both cotton and polyester including nylon and softshell
- Due to full coverage, flex foil can be applied to dark and light fabrics
- PU foil is soft and flexible, ensuring high wearing comfort
- The adhesive backing works well when weeding, perfect even for small elements, ideal for lettering.
- Heat pressing: 160°C / 4 sec
- FlexCut X can be use in multiple layers. The first layer should be heat for a shorter time and at a lower temperature, and each another layer longer. The recommended parameters should be used for the last layer - we recommend testing.
- We recommend protecting the foil from direct contact with the heating plate using auxiliary paper (e.g. Matt Finish)
- Printed textiles can be washed at the earliest 24 hours after pressing
- The foil is resistant to washing at 60°C (inside out), can be tumble dried, but bleaching, dry cleaning, and strong detergents are not recommended
- Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight at a temperature of 15-30°C (18 months)
Application instructions:
- Cut the chosen design in mirror image (30-45°)
- Weed out unwanted elements.
- Press at 160°C for 4 seconds, peel off the backing hot or warm
Heating parameters for temperature-sensitive fabrics:
- temperature: 135° / time 12 seconds
The low temperature application is to prevent colour migration or if you want to apply on sensitive fabrics.
The film has the certyfikat Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class II certificate. It proves the quality of textile products which come into direct contact with human skin. The Oeko-Tex certificate guarantees that products are free of 100 the most dangerous substances that threaten health (including formaldehyde, pesticides or substances that often cause allergies). Smells and resistance to sweat and saliva are also assessed.
