Heat Flex PRINTUV is an innovative polyurethane flex film designed specifically for UV ink printing. The film is free from PVC, plasticizers, and heavy metals, making it safe and environmentally friendly.

• Ideal for UV Printing: The film is designed to work seamlessly with UV inks, which dry instantly, allowing for quick transitions to subsequent production steps.
• Easy Application: Printing and cutting the film is hassle-free, while the application to textiles is best done using a transfer film, which should be removed hot.
• No Waiting for Ink to Dry: Due to the nature of UV inks, the film can be cut and applied immediately after printing, with no need to wait for the ink to dry.
• Durability and Resistance: The film is washing-resistant, providing long-lasting results. The maximum washing temperature is 40°C. However, it is recommended to wait at least 24 hours after heat application before washing textiles with prints.

1. Print the chosen design on a UV printer (do not mirror the design).
2. Cut the printed film using a plotter - the 45° blade should cut the film itself without cutting through the transparent polyester liner (backing).
3. Remove the excess film.
4. Transfer the prepared design to a transfer film - we recommend using a squeegee to firmly attach both layers, then remove the liner.
5. Place the design on the garment or other medium and press for 10 seconds at 140°C with medium pressure.
6. Remove the transfer film while still hot (immediately after opening the press).
