Flex films are a very popular material used in thermal transfer. Flex heat-sealable foils are cut on a cutting plotter and then applied to the selected base using a heat transfer press. Depending on the properties of the film and the final effect, there are a lot of types heat transfer vinyls: from standard, metallic, glitter, lacquered, neon, reflective, structured and others. Heat transfer film for cutting plotters neon colour. It is made of a high quality semi matt vinyl foil, laminated with a thermally activated glue. It can be used with cotton, polyester-cotton, acryl-polyester. Elastic film with a very soft feel. It does not reflect the light. Certified Oeko-tex label Standard 100.
Instruction
- you need to print the image in reverse (i.e. mirrored image)
- cut the thermally activated foil on the plotter as far as the polyester interlayer
- can be used 60 degrees knife
- after weeding off the excess apply the foil using heat transfer press
transfer time: 10 seconds, temperature: 145°C
- take off transport foil at hot
- washability 60°C
