Flex films are a very popular material used in thermal transfer. Flex heat-sealable foils are cut on a cutting plotter and then applied to the selected base using a heat transfer press. Depending on the properties of the film and the final effect, there are a lot of types heat transfer vinyls: from standard, metallic, glitter, lacquered, neon, reflective, structured and others. At your request, we can provide you a flex or flock foil sample - please ask your sales representative for details.

Transparent, varnished flex foil makes an interesting effect on any colors of textiles. Transparent foil welded into the fabric makes the pattern visible only at a certain angle. The clear foil is great for creating chameleon-effect patterns.
Polyurethane opaque film, without PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals, as per the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I requirements. It is suitable for heat transfer on cotton fabrics, cotton and polyester and polyester and acrylic garments. Its polyester adhesive liner allows easy repositioning for any pieces accidentally displaced.
It can be pressed on leisure T-Shirts, sports clothing or workwear; its thin film is elastic and soft, making it very comfortable to any fabric. It is also great for multilayer applications. BF700A is easy to cut with all plotters (45° blades are recommended). After the mirror cutting and the peeling off the product can be pressed and the liner removed hot.
