ORACAL 352 metallized foil, silver, brushed .
Foil dimensions: 1 x 1 m; thickness: 50 µm.
Self-adhesive foils for printing are suitable for cutting plotters . They are the most versatile and economical material for creating advertisements. Advertising foils for wrapping are suitable for large-format stickers or small labels. Oracal foil stickers for plotters decorate billboards, banners, advertising boards, windows, glass, tarpaulins, signboards, fair and exhibition stands; they cover shop windows, company cars, buses, trams, taxis. They are used also in interior decoration (for furniture, recesses, windows). Colored self-adhesive films for cutting on a plotter are especially recommended for application on flat surfaces (e.g. windows) for short and medium-term applications.
- The films are suitable for printing: silk-screen and UV offset printing are recommended
- Material: polyethylene coated paper on both sides, 160g/m2
- Due to its properties, polyester metallic foil for a plotter with a self-adhesive layer is perfect for combination with all standard plotters
- Use: for the production of high-quality decorative stickers, decorative strips, plates with names and technical identifiers, and warning stickers
- The film for plotters is suitable for internal and external use (expected durability of the external application: 2 years, golden color - 1 year - in the conditions of Central European climate, with properly made application)
- The advertising foil is covered with an adhesive - solvent-based polyacrylate
- Shape stability (FINAT TM14): when glued to steel, shows no measurable shrinkage in the transverse direction; in the longitudinal direction <0.1mm
- Water resistance (DIN50021): glued to aluminum after 48 hours/23 degrees C, it doesn't change
- Temperature resistance: glued on aluminum -40 ° C to + 120 ° C, in a short time, max. after 24h, at the temperature of + 100 ° C, it doesn't change.
- Adhesive strength (FINAT- test method I, after 24 hours, stainless steel): at least 12 N / 25 mm
- Solvent and chemical resistance: at room temperature 72 hours. after sticking on aluminum, the foil is resistant to most oils and fats, fuels, aliphatic solvents, weak acids and bases
- Reaction to fire (DIN 75200): glued to steel, self-extinguishing
- Tear resistance (DIN EN ISO 527):
- longitudinal: min. 200MPa
- transverse: min. 260MPa
- Tensile strength (DIN EN ISO 527)
- longitudinal: min. 120%
- transverse: min. 80%
- Recommended application temperature: above + 10oC
- Shelf life approx. 2 years (if in original packaging, at 20ºC and 50% relative air humidity)
- Before applying the foil, clean the substrate from dust and grease stains using, for example, alcohol; when sticking freshly painted surfaces, make sure that the substrate is completely dry
