Uniflex A New foil in semi-matte, green is a universal plotter foil intended for heat transfer on textiles. The film is a nice, soft to touch.

- Universal thermoadhesive with excellent adhesion to most textiles
- Suitable for welding onto materials such as: cotton, polyester, polycotton, coated nylon / polyester (depending on the type of the cover) e.g. umbrellas, luggage, raincoats, softshell
- The foil is very soft and flexible, which makes it very comfortable to wear
- The sealing foil works well when weeding, even small elements
- The advantage of UniFlex A New is the short heat-up time at low temperature: 130°C / 5 seconds for cotton, polyester, polycotton (special parameters for coated nylon) - this results in important energy savings in the printing process
- Always protect the foil against direct contact with the heating plate using supporting paper (e.g. Matt Finish )
- The foil has high resistance to washing at 60°C
- Very flexible and strong foil does not wrinkle after washing and maintains its appearance for a long time
- The foil retains its properties after washing even with patterns consisting of overlappings
- Wait 24 hours before washing
- Slightly adhesive carrier is easy to stack and handle
- Do not use agressive detergent. Iron from inside
- The film is OEKO-TEX certified® Standard 100 Class I
Instruction:
For new materials we recommend testing.
- Most materials:
- Cut mirror image
- Heat at 130°C for 5 seconds, remove the undercoat while warm (moment after 5-6 seconds)
- The print made in this way can be washed at 60°C
- Coated nylon:
- Heat at 150°C for 10 seconds, remove the base in the cold. Then again press it, securing the print with an auxiliary silicone (e.g. Matte Finish )
- Always remove the material from the hot press as soon as it is heated
- The print made in this way can be washed at 40°C
- Suggested press pressure settings: medium (in options from press options)
- Please wait 24 hours after transfer before washing. Do not use bleach or other harsh chemicals. Iron on the inside. Store in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
- The Uniflex A New film must be protected against sale by contact with the hot auxiliary heating plate with paper Matt Finish
